Corporate Liability and Limited Recourse

The Roast Republic is operated by a separate legal business entity. All products, services, transactions, obligations, and liabilities arising from the use of the Services are solely those of The Roast Republic as a business entity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no owner, member, manager, shareholder, director, officer, employee, agent, or representative of The Roast Republic shall have any personal liability for any claim, loss, damage, debt, obligation, or liability arising out of or relating to the Services, products, transactions, or operations of The Roast Republic.

Any claim, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to the Services or any transaction with The Roast Republic shall be brought solely against The Roast Republic as a legal entity, and not against any owner, member, manager, shareholder, director, officer, employee, agent, or representative in their individual capacity.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any personal liability on the part of any owner, member, manager, shareholder, director, officer, employee, agent, or representative of The Roast Republic for the obligations of the business, except to the extent such liability cannot be waived or limited under applicable law.
