Roast Republic Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery dates may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Roast Republic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Roast Republic is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

We will gladly assist by providing tracking information and shipment details when available.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities.

Roast Republic is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or international shipping procedures.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the claim and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
